Auction Results: Post-War to Present, September 30, 2025 @Christie’s

The photography results from the recent Post-War to Present sale at Christie’s were solid, if uneventful. The top photo lot Hannah Wilke work found a buyer within its estimate range, while much of the rest of the included photography followed a similar workmanlike pattern. With an overall Buy-In rate for photography under 17% and no positive surprises, the Total Sale Proceeds for photography (of just under $1.2M) came in just above the low end of the aggregate pre-sale estimate range.
