Even with a vintage print of Man Ray’s La Prière soaring to nearly €200000, Artcurial’s recent various owner Photography sale in Paris couldn’t overcome a heavy dose of passed lots. With an overall Buy-In rate near 45%, the auction struggled to bring its Total Sale Proceeds up near the low end of the pre-sale estimate range.
