Auction Results: 20th Century & Contemporary Art Evening and Day Sales, June 27 and 28, 2019 @Phillips London

While the top lot Cindy Sherman film still didn’t sell at the recent 20th Century & Contemporary Art sales at Phillips in London, the rest of the photography on offer performed solidly. A John Baldessari print took the top honors, and with an admirable Buy-In Rate for photography (under 19%), the Total Sale Proceeds (for photography) came in above the low end of the aggregate pre-sale estimate range.
